Preferential Hire Rates for Regular Hirers,
including Clubs, Associations, Charities, Classes & other Organisations that hire the hall on at least 10 occasions in a year. 
​Qualification for the above rates is at the total discretion of Exton Village Hall.

For above regular hirers  - in addition to your booked session periods, we allow free of charge, additional time for leaders, organisers & members to arrive & leave.
This is an additional period of up to 20 minutes before the published session time & 10 minutes at the end.
