A full body strength and power workout that will challenge all aspects of your muscular and cardiovascular fitness. Skill, strength and power complexes followed by an all out cardio blast to shed the fat and build muscle.
These sessions are designed to cater for all fitness levels and easier and harder adaptions of all exercises are provided to suit every level of ability.
You work at your own pace, it's up to you how hard you push yourself!
